At Sympmavel, we strive to provide high-quality children’s toys and ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided with the return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@sympmavel.com with details about the product and the reason for the exchange. Once your return is approved, we will send you a replacement.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging (if possible) to avoid any damage during shipping.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Shipping Costs
For returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide clear pictures of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will either issue a full refund, send you a replacement, or arrange for the item to be returned at our cost.
9. Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our returns process to initiate a return once the item arrives.
